I found this Picture on a web site, must have been taken early monday morning

3rd+4th June 2005

I joined  Judge Jules as a guest in the serious notion tour @ Dukes Genesis Chelmsford.

Dukes genesis has never really seen such a top night and Dj line up before and a big crowd turned out to experiance the real kind of clubbing in one of Essex's most successful nightclub.

The club itself is amazing and the decor and technology are out of this world, this is why Dukes has such reputation as it does.

Was a great Night, and i got in before 4am for once on a friday Night.

Saturday Night

Still Buzzin from the night before i played an unusually underground house set at The Three Stars in Chelmsford, it was a bit worrying at first as the crowd wernt really that enthusiastic but i soon changed that by playing some of the best tracks ive played in a while, no one wanted the night to end, the 2 tunes that made the night for me and the crowd were clearly Karl G's mix of Drop the pressure (www.karlg.dj) and Pt-78 Which is one of the most toughest tunes around to date.

Another tune that seemed to go down well was Karl G's mix of Coldplays speed of Sound.

All in all a legendary weekend!!!!!!!

May 14th

Wasnt the best Djing experiance ive had, i only played in Springfiled for around 3 hours but it seemed like a life time,But the crowd were very happy with what i did which is surprizing considering the reactions i was getting during my set. They are were happy and i guess as a Dj i just have to play through those types of parties.

I then played a 2 hour set at Rivenhall and that had a very good atmosphere, the tune that lifted the roof was Adagio for strings. I enjoyed the evening as a whole and i was very happy with the way things panned out after a very slow start.

All in all, a different Djing experiance.

My Weekend Diary

May 7th

After a worry about the music policy for this night i think it went very well, I started off with Latest and slowly progressed into more crowd pleasing music.

The whole night was a success and i enjoyed it more than a night out,

Did,nt go through any dry periods, the whole evening was pretty much full on.

I recorded the whole night with the crowd noise too so you can get a feel of how the night was, Email me for the 3 Cd's.

Didnt manage to get many pictures as it was too dark for my phone camera so if you took pictures of the night could you please forward some to me.

Friday 29th-Sunday 1st

Megabyte- Guestlist action see me and many friends travel to Southend for a night of harder trance than the usual, with DJ's Joe McCardle and Shaun Hull playing a very kinda hard house set, I met Jules outside around 11:45, it was dead outside and he looked worried when walking towards the club that it was going to be empty as there wasnt a person in sight out than me and a doorman.

Jules kept quiet and didnt say alot but asoon as we hit the main room he told me he was impressed with how packed the club was, i was there early and i can honestly say the club was almost full by 10pm which is very rare!

More on my weekend 29th April <

Friday night was an amazing night and it was a change to be the other side of the decks for once.I enjoyed it and so did Jules by the looks of him when playing.

I got home at about 4:30 am and was looking forward to my sleep, was up by 9am so i didnt really get a lay in.

Saturday Night

I was DJing at the Three Stars, was going really well, played more towards commercial house but got away with a few Rocky crossovers that went down well but that night had an early finish due to Technical problems at the Venue.

Had a lazy day Sunday to begin with

On Sunday it was Seriousworld, a one night a year occasion where all the best DJ's around the world that are under the Serious management got together to play out in 4 rooms with Live PA's and some explosive DJ sets

Edde halliwell was by far the most entertaining, his tricks on the decks where unbelievable, Matt Hardwick played an amzing set and had the crowd constantly on their toes.

Jules played better Friday but still was excellent at Canvas, but He did play2 gis further up the country prior to  Seriousworld at Canvas which is acceptable as he had played in Newcastle, Nottingham and London all in one night.

I eventually got to bed at around 9am Monday morning.

I'm still recovering from the weekend now!
